The restaurant embraces the same ethos as Haar Restaurant, St Andrews and showcase the best of land and sea. Table cloths line the tables in a ‘wedding cake of a room’.
The menu constantly evolves, reflecting the seasons. Dean heroes our land and seas, producing a menu which showcases Scotland’s natural resources.
